VENDOR DETAILS CONDITIONS OF SALE
  1. This agreement shall continue until settlement unless otherwise specified by Walter Eigner Numismatics.
  2. Walter Eigner Numismatics shall be entitled to commission as specified per lot below on the hammer price of each lot sold to a minimum of $8 per lot. Such commission is due and payable on settlement.
  3. Walter Eigner reserves the right to charge $8 per lot on any lot withdrawn by the vendor before the sale.
  4. The vendor warrants that he has the authority to enter into this agreement with Walter Eigner Numismatics and that Walter Eigner Numismatics is authorised to sell the goods on behalf of the vendor.
  5. Walter Eigner Numismatics will insure all goods held at the estimated price as specified below below for the duration of the sale until settlement. This insurance coverage does not commence until goods have been received by Walter Eigner Numismatics.
  6. Walter Eigner Numismatics shall account to the vendor for net proceeds of the sale of the goods within 2 weeks after completion of the sale subject to payment having been made by the purchaser.
